Apparrel Warranty
We take pride in offering high-quality apparel; however, on rare occasions a piece may be faulty. In such cases, we are happy to provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects such as faulty stitching, broken zippers, or fabric flaws present at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear (including pilling, fading, or shrinkage),
- accidental damage, misuse, or alterations,
- damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage, or
- sizing issues (see our Refund Policy)
If you receive a faulty item due to a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Once your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement shipped at our cost. If the item is out of stock we are happy to issue a store credit or a refund.
Please note: Keep all previously damaged items, as they may be required for future warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies only to items purchased directly from Salt and Sun The Label.

- Current shipping address
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence
Salt and Sun The Label reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.
Whilst our preferred method of rectifying warranty claims is replacement, you may choose to have a refund on the faulty item.
