Faulty/Broken Jewellery Warranty

We take pride in offering high-quality jewellery; however, on rare occasions a piece may be faulty. In such cases, we are happy to provide a 90-day warranty.

Note our warranty does not include the following:

  • Misplaced jewellery
  • Pearl discoloration
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor damage
  • Damage from misuse of jewellery 

If you receive a faulty item or if a piece of jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing defect, you have 90 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Once your claim is approved, you will be eligible for a replacement shipped at our cost. If the item is out of stock we are happy to issue a store credit or a refund. 

Please note: Keep all previously damaged items, as they may be required for future warranty claims. Warranty coverage applies only to items purchased directly from Salt and Sun The Label.

  • Current shipping address
  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Salt and Sun The Label reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.

Whilst our preferred method of rectifying warranty claims is replacement, you may choose to have a refund on the faulty item.
