Returns and Exchanges

Change of mind: Salt and Sun The Label does not allow returns for change of mind. 

Clothing Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes you may purchase the incorrect sized apparel. While we are happy exchange an item for a different size, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at saltandsunshop@outlook.com.au with the details below and we will assist you through the necessary steps.

If the requested item is out of stock in your size required, we will offer a store credit. 

Jewellery Exchanges: For hygiene purposes, we do not exchange jewellery for incorrect sizing purchased. 

Sale Items: May only be returned if faulty.
