Shipping

Pricing: We currently only ship to Australia. We ship via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $9.95 and Express shipping is $16.95.

Once your item is on it's way, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number. As we often press to order, orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days of purchase.

Delivery times: They can vary depending on the courier and cannot be guaranteed, as unexpected delays may occur during busy periods, due to traffic, or because of weather conditions. Please note that shipments to remote areas may take longer. Selecting Express Shipping will not accelerate your order dispatch.

Cancellations and Changes: Our team processes orders promptly, so we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Lost Orders: We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or any delays once an order has left our premises. If your order is marked as “Delivered”: We suggest checking around your delivery address and with nearby neighbours. If the package doesn’t turn up, please allow at least three business days for any updates before filing a claim directly with your local carrier. 

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at saltandsunshop@outlook.com.au to submit a claim within three business days after receiving your package including your order number, a photograph of the items you received, and your shipping label. We will be able to investigate this within our team.
